Alex and I own AAP Fitness in New Tampa and not only train on our feet all day - but are athletes ourselves. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom’s for over a year now. I injured my back in 2010 after slipping under my car on some standing gasoline at a local station. Not thinking about my back, I went on about my day. Two days later, I found myself at a Dr’s office as I could barely walk. The physician offered me painkillers to solve the problem. Two weeks later, I was still in a tremendous amount of pain. Looking for an alternative, I went to see Dr. Tom. A little gun shy of chiropractors, I listened to what it was all about. I went ahead with the Dr. Tom’s recommendations and started with his program. This was the best thing I have ever done for my body. The first day I went into the office, I could barely move as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Within two weeks of therapy I was walking upright again. Two months later, I was active again with my kids. 12 months later, I am back to playing competitive baseball and softball. I would not be in the shape I am today if it was not for the services I received from Dr. Tom and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Tom’s services.
